Booking

There's a $15.00 DEPOSIT required upon scheduling an appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and it does apply to your service.

There is a 15 minute grace period. After exactly 20 minutes you have the choice of $25 late fee or reschuling.

All wigs, frontals, and lace closure's must be dropped off 2-3 days before appointment. There will be a $30 late for all wigs and lace that's not dropped off within that time frame.

If you are wanting to purchase bundles or wigs, you will need to order atleast 1 week in advance to ensure you have what you need for your appointment.

Refunds

Our refund policy is All Sales are Final NO Refunds. Unfornately we can't offer you a refund after this order is placed . You can request an EXCHANGE Only. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be returned within 7 business days from the date received to b eligible for exchange.

Returns/Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for your return. Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a text at 662-471-6125 to complet the exchange process.

Custom Wig Order

All custom orders take 7-10 business days to be shipped out and 2-3 business day to arrive once shipped.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 3-5 Business Days using the following carrier: USPS. You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returned items. If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping insurance.
